Returns Policy
Marine Ropes accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Custom-cut ropes and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at support@marine-ropes.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions
- Ship the product back to our Walvis Bay warehouse with the RAN clearly marked
- Once inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product — check the product documentation or contact us for details.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund. Please retain all packaging and documentation for the claim process.
