Returns Policy

Marine Ropes accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Custom-cut ropes and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at support@marine-ropes.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to our Walvis Bay warehouse with the RAN clearly marked
  4. Once inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product — check the product documentation or contact us for details.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund. Please retain all packaging and documentation for the claim process.
